Nice ! Sir one suggestion you may add small conveyor systems , Bag filling machine for fast and accurate weighing , automation for coconut removing from shell instead of manual ..person may get hand injury ....

Being the processing of a food production the major concern here is the hygiene. The process is definitely labour intensive. Good attempt but the video could have shown the process flow more clearly rather than on the machineries.
