Best time to go there is around Dec- Jan which is the coolest time of the year. Taking a bus 5-6hrs away from manila city, or by air is the main transportation. Yes and he is in Manila, the problem is he always say he has only P1000 bills, anywhere u go specially with a crowded city don't flaunt u only have 1000 bills, always say u don't have cash anymore and have ur 1000 bills broken down to smaller bills. He always pays big bills to small vendors, it's better to pay in exact amount even if it's really small bills. Sari sari stores are more honest and carenderia but not all vendors In manila are honest.

Please next time u go in the Philippines specially in Manila dont always say u only have 1000 bills, u can ask the bank and break bills for u. Some people will think its easy to trick u, u are in Metro Manila not in the suburbs or provinces.

Oh by the way let me teach you some tagalog words since your always buying if you want to ask "How much?" You just gonna say "Magkano" but dont just say magkano because you gonna sound rude so you need to add honorific like Kuya if its brother and Ate if its sister so you gonna say "Magkano kuya?" Or you can also say "Kuya Magkano" and same with Ate too and if you want you can also add "Po" at the end of your sentence but without any honorific you can just simply say "Magkano po" because "po" is sign of respect

He can have it broken down to smaller bills in banks and buy from stores or carinderia, he pays 1000 bills to vendors and exact bills to karenderia which is the opposite. White people tend to be scammed more than anybody, coz of stereotype that white men are rich and have more money. U rarely see an Asian, Korean or Japanese blogger getting scammed. Karenderia, 7-11, supermarkets, restaurants these are the safest place to pay P1000 not the vendors plus not all vendors have change all the time.
