Being an owner... I completely agree with Sidhant's words. The most crucial aspect in every company is after-sales service and MG excels in the industry. My past experience with Tata's after-sales service has been extremely poor. This SUV Hector is a superior drive, and exceptionally comfortable for long journeys. The center console and cabin feels luxury and premium quality. As for features, they speak for themselves! Performance and FE have been decent.

I am using Hector plus cvt 2023. My experience with mileage has been good. I get close to 11 in city drive. Have tested it multiple times. This is a turbo charged engine, one need to know how to drive and maintain the turbo charged engine. Dont kick the accelerator immediately as u switch on, give it a minute and same when u shut the engine. Avoid sudden acceleration.

Myself being a very proud owner of the Hector Plus Sharp Pro CVT, I can completely agree with Siddhant on whatever points he mentioned. Definitely its the best SUV out there if its compared with Harrier, Safari or XUV 700. This is the best vehicle offering the premium feel with best in class features at this price range. It has a linear power and has never let me down in terms of acceleration and overtaking. This is a Family oriented SUV which delivers shear pleasure and feel of premiumness which you expect from high end cars like Merc etc. I genuinely want to request people not to share fake opinions about this car. First Drive it, feel the experience and then comment. Aur agar mileage ki baat hai toh ye range me baki saari gadiyan itna hi dete hain. Difference is how you drive the car. I personally get 11-12 kmpl in city and 13-15 kmpl on highways. So way of driving matters. Hope this helps. ✌️

i m a proud owner of MG hector shine petrol manual bought in year 2022 and guys i have completed 2 years and my service cost is around 3500-5000 that is minimum for this beast. further i would like to tell you whenever i visited thr service center or showroom they treat me like king. very good customer service and thet resolve your issue on priority. Living in noida and i dont have any issue with my car driven around 20k till now. I think this was my best decision to buy MG hector this one is really very good car. dont believe on the your tube heaters they all are Digital marketing person of the tata mahindra who want to low down the MG reputation . MG IS BEST ................go for it .......without 2nd thought. Then either you are not maintaining the vehicle or something wrong with your driving patterns. City to City vary kar skta hai basis traffic lekin itna nahi. Bumper to Bumper traffic mein I am getting 9-10 KMPL & Highway pe there is no question of bumper to bumper traffic wrna Highway kaisa. On Highway with full 5 seater & trunk loaded I got 13-15KMPL. Not sure of Old Model Hector but Facelift mein there is no such issue. The Sales Number speaks for themselves . Glad you did not mentioned 0-3KMPL, fuel daalte hi, atmosphere mein evaporate ho jata hai 😀😀

Compact and midsize suvs all give this mileage.I’ve driven Sonet petrol Automatic, Avg mileage 10-11kmpl and Seltos Diesel Automatic (350-400kms one side, Total 700-750kms) Max I got was 17.5kmpl. For best mileage go for Toyota Hyryder or MS GV Strong Hybrid.

I would say ki mileage is not a constant entity. Its a variable. It depends mainly on 2 factors- Weight & Driving Dynamics. Weight includes Weight of vehicle itself and number of passengers + if boot space is fully loaded with luggage. I get 10-12 KMPL in city with 2-3 passengers easily. However if its fully loaded 5 seater & Trunk is also loaded it drops to 8-10 KMPL. On highways the difference is less because as I told you you cruise at 100-110, you will get easily 16+. But don’t do rash driving. Avoid unnecessary Sudden Acceleration, Braking & Gear change. It also has a strong impact on mileage and it is tried & tested 😊 and maintain your vehicle overall.

Haha going through comments 😀, so yeah few points I want to clarify here. 1. Gaadi show off k liye nahi li aur na mera office Lucknow mein nhi hai 😀🙏🏻 2. Currently meri running kam hai because my wife has got some medical conditions so we can’t travel long. So dont judge too quickly. 3. Black Thar, Black Scorpio, Black Fortuner le kar jab Chapri tashan maar skte hain to main to fir bhi pada likha engineer hun, tashan mar bhi raha hu to kya galat hai . 4. Regarding breakdowns, in my knowledge saari hi gadiyan if not maintained breakdown hoti hain pahadon pe. I can cite examples from KZbin. Atleast meri gaadi showroom se bahar niklte hi to bnd nahi hoti na mujhe showroom mein bawaal katna hota hai 5. My personal fav is sedan, but this was for my mother ❤ & everyone is happy in family. This got a smile on her face to aise 100 gaadiyan I can give her.

Compact and midsize suvs all give this mileage.I’ve driven Sonet petrol Automatic, Avg mileage 10-11kmpl and Seltos Diesel Automatic (350-400kms one side, Total 700-750kms) Max I got was 17.5kmpl. For best mileage go for Toyota Hyryder or MS GV Strong Hybrid.

@@kiran6823 bro use some other car and u would know what u have been missing, downshifting before overtaking, keeping AC at minimum just to keep urself at bare minimum sweat free (even the service guy at Renault told me that AC is shitty), of course I love the design that’s what I fell for, no idea of build quality as by god’s grace never had any mishaps as long as I had that, since they say 4 star I was very much happy because I never expected that, and average was decent enough however the service cost is not that low what it should have been, 20000 service (not free) costed me around 12k I believe which is way more than expected for a car that size, without any additional part added, I did have a good experience with Kiger no but since shifting to Scorpio n I came to know what I was missing

Last month I saw 5 MG Hectors near Viviana Mall, Thane in same white colour whivh were diesel versions. Diesel has the 2.0 Fiat Diesel engine which is used in Compass and Harrier so they are extremely reliable. Extremely heartbreaking to see people commenting shit about the car and owner. Social media is a such a poison that it sprrads hate amongst everyone. Jiski gaadi unki zindagi, unki choice log hote kaun hai judge karne waale bc. They themselves are not less than beggars who can't even afford a car aur dusro pe comment pass karte hai. 2:41 I too share a similar experience. I had a WagonR too but yes when I started driving more towards college, interviews and personal usages I felt the need for a safe, stable car and upgraded to a Honda City Diesel when my dad felt that my driving is improving and we need a spacious, powerful, comfortable and kost importantly safe car
