I am getting a Mileage of 17+KMPL. HYUNDAI I20 ACTIVE SX PETROL. You know this ACTIVE SX Model is 75kgs extra. As it's a life style , slight rough riad handler. I am driving GENTLY, less than 2000rpm, mostly 1500rpm less. Tyre pressure I am added 38psi in 195tyres. My daily driving is in a mixed road (mixed highway). For myself. Daily driving is maximum 25kms. So 600rs petrol will get me for days of commute. In my i20 Active Petrol SX model, the average display is not there. So manual calculator is possible only. So in that, I got this idea finally as a verdict as 17kmpl is a surety. I am a happy customer

I have purchased Tata Tigor XZ+ petrol. Today it gave me 24.4 kmpl on highway. At below 2000 rpm and at 60 to 70 kmph speed ( city mood). That's why Tigor is much better than Baleno. Tigor is heavy, good for rough and tough driving. Good car for both city and high way running.

Basically two main reasons : 1. Mileage 2. Maruti (brand name = Resale value, but I don't think it will have a great resale value in the future because it's reputation has been bad as of recent and there have been better alternatives and people are becoming more aware of the options). It is his money, his choice, can't hate the guy for that. But let me name a few reasons why Baleno isn't a good choice for you : 1. Terrible build quality 2. Much lesser features compared to its peers 3. Old looks (boring) And don't blindly think that it's Maruti, it will have good resale value (it used to have good resale value in the past ≠ it will have good resale value in the future). Just ask yourself this question, 5-6 years later if you are looking to buy a 2nd hand car, would you rather buy a safer car with more features which looks more modern or the same old design with bad build quality and features which only offers you good mileage? Don't think people are dumb and they will buy a maruti 2nd hand car at high value even in future. Maruti's reputation is already not so good and its market share has started to decrease.

I dnt think marutis both car r best of choice as xl6 is only maruti product which is truly justified, however baleno is a premium hatchback n dzire is sedan... Average wise similar bt feature n service wise baleno is superior dan dzire bcoz of nexa dealership. So if u hv to choose between these two dan go for baleno as it hv better resale, better service n better features. However i still feel u should consider ford freestyle, or tata altroz too...!!

J have a Baleno petrol Delta version. Jan.2018. I feel it leggy after 80 when seating with 3 passengers.2nd gear me breaker ke baad uthti nahi hai. Is it a particular unit issue, or how may I solve it.pls suggest. Thank You
