How to Design a Hyperlinked Digital Planner in Canva and PowerPoint. Can you really design a full digital planner using only Canva? Yes and no. You can design the layout and make it look pretty, BUT you can not hyperlink or add shadows.
Watch design in Canva then export to PowerPoint to add those hyperlinks. I know it's a long video but it is WELL worth it to watch.

To show others how to do it. It doesn't work for me. But it does work for others. It works on Windows devices. The only issue is with SOME desktop Apple users.

there isn't. Devices comes in all sizes. But I stick to this one 1024px × 1366px because it fits most devices perfectly

Yes, it is normal that some of the elements won't show up in keynote as they are particular to canva. I never use any canva elements other than shapes, lines and some other basic Things.

If you're on Mac, the hyperlinks won't work. Use Keynote instead. Also, make sure you're adding the hyperlinks to the regular slides, not the "master".

Flattening really depends on the licensing terms of the clipart used (if you use any and you did not create it). You do not need to add text boxes if you're intending to market it as a planner to be used in a PDF annotation app like Goodnotes.

I have the paid version of Canva (Pro). Visually there is not much difference between pro and free. So I'm not sure why you're not seeing a similar screen to mine.
