Fab video Lydia❤. When i get a tad 'stressed' I read 'The serenity prayer'. Your tips are brilliant, I too find that I give away too much time and that is my number 1 priority to change going into 2024. How cute is your little bear biscuit but i couldn't bring myself to eat it....do I eat his leg first or his head!!😂 This is why I don't eat jelly babies 😂😂. I got a lot of gifts this year. Most are soaps/lotion/candles, so I'll use them up. But I'm still decluttering old stuff this week!! Was that a teddy graham cookie on yop of your coffee cup?

It was a shortbread teddy bear 😂 They are so nice 😂 🧸 I got mainly candles, tech equipment, new festive coffee ☕️ 😂 Some chocolates 🍫All mainly consumable things except I did also get a new cardigan but I think I probably did need one additional warm clothing item 😊 I’ll be doing a tracking my project 33 update soon to show what few items I needed to reintegrate. Because it was awkward without them- so far it’s about 4 additional items 😊

@@SagelifeMinimalism I make a Scottish family shortbread recipe that has been passed down. It's so good! Sounds like you got a lot too! Nice. I told my mom a couple years ago to never buy clothing or jewelry for me again. Haha. She listened tho!!

My mum, partner and friends mostly all know I am a minimalist now so either ask me what I would like or get me consumable things 😊 my partner knew I wanted a camera battery 🔋 😂 so he got me one 😂
