good job. But if I was your project supervisor I would question the following: Why a V-belt instead of a geared belt? Why a motor with no gearbox? What is the purpose of the double belts as it doesnt seem to increase torque? Why 4 cutting blades per disc?, etc.

1. V-Belt provided ability to slip when over load and it safer for motor 2. I used pulley and belt than a gear box for lower cost production 3. Double belt required based on design calculation for those torque. 4. I used 11 cutting blade to reach the production target

I have seen many plastic shredders, but I like your design the best, yours is the first one I have seen where one set of blades spin at a different speed than the other set. I also love your choice of music, Pacabel's Cannon is my favorite !!! This version sounds like Trans Siberian Orchestra.
