During lockdown i facing many problems 😅 so, right now not able to go further. It was my College project experiment so, i'm not sure after adding flywheel it will definitely work. I am also son of farmer. So, my suggestion to you that, to buy reaper machine if you able.sorry for right now.

You can observe Prototype and rough design in video. That is Design for machine. You can make machine by following that design. You can choose any preferable specification for that. But remember that i use Speed increasing gear train so, select dimension as per speed increasing ratio. thank you.

Maine ye apne collage project ke liye khud se banaya tha maine kahise kharida nahi hai. Parantu yeh khet me itna upyogi nahi ban paya tha to bechne ki bat hi nahi aati. First small driver gear connected with the tyre shaft. After that small driver gear mesh with Big driven gear. After one small Bevel gear connected with Big driven gear with common shaft . After that Big Bevel gear connected to small Bevel gear. I used manual hand drills Bevel gear. By using bevel gear Power transmission will transfer at perpendicular to tyre shaft. At the and one cranke is connected to Big bevel gear. This cranke slides blades. Whole gear train is speed increasing gear train.
