This is my first time doing voiceover for a video, and I have no experience recording and editing narration. I’m still trying to get the hang of it. Also, as we don’t speak English in China, please bear with me for my accent and grammar. I’m not quite sure if I made myself clear enough in this video, if you still have any questions, feel free to leave a comment.

Your english is damn near perfect and you're perfectly easy to understand. I like hearing you explaining the thoughts that went into certain features, it's something I'd like to see more MOCers do.

Since you didn't mention it: You're also solving another crucial problem with that dual power shaft setup, which is "torque twist"! In a regular car with an axial setup like this with only one output shaft, the motor exerts a sideways torque on the axles in order to get the wheels to move and accelerate. When the wheels are met with resistance and lock up in heavy terrain, the torque on the drive shaft makes the entire body of the car tip to one side since the power on the shaft can't be converted to wheel rotation. This isn't noticable in real cars that have heavy gear reduction from their output shafts relative to the axles, but you see this very prominently in RC cars. Just look at RC scalers, like Land Rover models by Axial for example, they ALWAYS tip to one side when accelerating, climbing a hill, pulling a heavy load or whenever the wheels get locked up. Look at them playing tug-of-war, that's when you can see the effect the strongest. Once you see it, you can't unsee it. Your design solves this problem because the two axles rotate in opposite directions which means their torque cancles out. I've thought of other designs that solve this torque problem for RC cars

Really nice concept and model! One small thing I think you should consider is matching the yokes of the universal joints on the drive shafts. You have them 90* off from their other ends. In vehicles and agricultural equipment the yokes are inline at both ends of the driveshaft.

2:29 That is a good solution for the body roll caused by the rotation of ordinary single drive shaft. No need for adding stabilizer which affects suspension stiffness. As you mentioned, I also made multiple drive shafts (Shaman has four of them) for dividing the torque and reducing the stress placed on weak parts. By the way your English is very good!

O would love to see a real build of this. As a 30 year veteran of off road Jeep and heavy equipment rock crawling and as an R/C rock crawling enthusiast I am amazed and perplexed by this design, it looks almost bulletproof for a rock crawling aspect or a military application. Because of the shared load it takes less of a toll on the appliances longer service intervals with less chance of breaking in use. Just brilliant.

The greatest benefit with your design is it should eliminate torque twist, you know when rock crawler trucks try to climb a steep hill without sway bars the whole truck twists and raises one of the front wheels loosing traction. This design should fix that problem.

As far as I can find with some Google-Fu...This is the only double-drive-shaft vehicle in existence. Which makes me wonder: Is the extra weight in the differential, and weight of a second driveshaft...less than the weight of a thicker driveshaft and gear-teeth.

@03:02 All of your 2nd *Universal Joints* need to be rotated by 90° ( making the red axle between them visible through the slots at the same time ) otherwise you're essentially creating a velocity differential between 0-90°⬆ 90-180°⬇ 180-270°⬆ 270-360/0°⬇ at best creating janky movement and at worst destroying your parts - Also found a nice video explaining it: kzbin.info/www/bejne/kHuWeGZmbcuWbqs

Flamekillerr's Channel Ford builds MUCH better light trucks than it does cars - and I'm a guy who's owned Detroit, Tokyo, Seoul, and German iron since 1969, so I know what I'm talking about. Seoul is VERY CLOSE to knocking Tokyo off their #2 perch; Germany and Tokyo have been fighting it out over 1 & 2 for years. Detroit (except for light trucks from Ford) is firmly in 4th and Seoul has 3 locked and climbing. Meanwhile, designs such as This one, whoever built it, would go a LONG way toward moving someone higher up the light truck ladder.
