Actually, the sowing lines are correct regarding 6:30. It is normal to have a little more length in the sleeve pattern, because this small length is diminished while sowing. This extra length is sowed it and makes the sowing easier. This stems from tailoring and pattern making. It improves the final fit of the shirt. I studied pattern making that's how I know. Thank you for this awesome tutorial, very hands on !

The things is, we prefer to have everything matching up and then adjusting the production patterns through increasing the seam allowance slightly to accommodate for the real life application. Keeping it equal makes editing a dream and you can reiterate and reiterate on the same design.

This videos really good but I’m having an issue right at the end where you hide the bond and other settings the middle panels are a different colour and unchanging unless I turn off the strength which then it just flops down, is there a way to fix this so I can keep the strength and have it match the rest of the suit?

At 20:41 when you sum up the total of both the arm hole (?) lengths, the front is 304.2 and the back is 313.2. Is it okay that these are not equal? also when you create sewing lines between the holes and the sleeves, they meet at a point that is off center in the sleeve as opposed to the middle. If you could explain that, it would be great, thanks!

Of course, they don't have to be equal. They are holes... Only segments sewn together have to be, unless you desire some sort of puckering. The meeting point has to be somewhere on the highest peak. You can further shape the form of the peak, but this design is pretty accurate to the original.
