Thank you for showing the steps in designing a gear like this. Please state however, that this is not proper gear design and it would not work well if it was made. I was following your design until 2:10. The face of a gear is NOT a simple arc. I have never seen any engineer book show that. You need to draw the involute of the pitch diameter of the gear to get the correct shape of the tooth. This design with either bind or have too much play. I'm not sure which. Also, you will not have a constant pressure angle when the gears will be meshing.
