The steel for hoop stress (12T @ 115c/c) in vertical walls is provided on both faces, which is twice the requirements. Should it not be @300c/c staggered?

Jis bhi engineer ne ye design banaya h.. us murkh ko bolo khade ho ke bnwa le oht.... . Murkh engineer bottom dome top dome circular wall.... Chup chap slab dena tha aur square shape hona tha oht
