Rigid base cast monolithically in rigid base there is restrictions for lateral movement of wall.....and flexible base is free to move (slightly) there is gap between wall and base which filled by filler material....simply flexible base is like jointing like bridge expansion joint and rigid base is like T beam which is homogeneous

Bro Hum isme 1000 mm widht assume karke design kar rahe hai.. Is liye 1000mm multiply kiya hai.. & ye 1000 mm hai is lie sirf spacing find kiya hai... Numbers nai kiya... Lekin aap khudse numbers kar sakte hai (total Ast. Reqd./ast.of single bar +1)..
