The design has grown on me, but I would need minute markers to buy one. Great editing and photography as always, and thanks for not feeding me to the sharks 😁

I think you got this sussed out right. As it stands, there is a good idea that hasn't quite come together yet. To me the finishing on the case lacked sharpness, and the branding ink sunk into the guilloché just doesn't convince. More importantly, the concept of both the Dumoreau and Venezianico are just stronger, more cogently cohesive to look at and thus enjoyable. The likeable guilloché pattern on its own is not strong enough to convince equally. You showed very persuasively that slightly adjusted proportions would improve the dial and I think this would make an important impact on the impression it gives off. That said, I wonder if ultimately it shouldn't also just offer something a little more intriguing in terms of handset and markers, and possibly some kind of finishing trick to really set off the case and bracelet. In that department the arsenal does also leave no doubt about being the more premium watch.

I like the overall design but man, I wish they had some darker, more saturated colors and not just this cotton candy stuff. Also, the clasp doesn't really fit the rest of the design. They should have gone with a butterfly clasp, preferable with a Christopher Ward Consort style tool-less extension system. So yeah, gonna pass on this one.

Hello, Jurgen here, founder of Decima Watches. I tried darker colors initially on my second sample, but the guilloche pattern does not stand out so I oped for lighter colors. I am thinking of offering the christopher ward butterfly style clasp in the future. For this model I tried to pack up as many features I could and keep the price low. After all the price will start at $349.
