Please I’d love it if you explain how to get the Nav Bar to to be sticky and float on scroll and also when the resize button is hit a hamburger pops

Regarding the resize button, do you mean when you resize the browser, it shows a hamburger menu instead?

DesignCode yes exactly. Then on the hamburger click a pop up or animation on button and a display of the Navigation menu just when the max width is around say 600px. Thanks for the channel btw
