I just bought this remote. Air mouse works fine. Volume up/down works. Back key works. Home button doesn't work. Power off works but it will not power on. Keyboard works fine. A bit hit and miss. After reading the comments here I don't fancy trying to reprogram the remote as I think it'll just mess up even further.

This only works if I have the USB unplugged from the TV but if I don't have it plugged, the air mouse and keyboards won't work. Is there a way to make both the keys, mouse and keyboard work at the same time?

Hello, this is a great air mouse! I have just one problem, I noticed that the IR functions only work with the TV when the dongle is unplugged. Is there a way to get the remote to transmit all IR functions when still connected to the 2.4GHZ dongle?

Volume will work in ir mode as long as the 2.4ghz usb is unplugged. Minute u plug it in volume stops working. Multiple buttons on my lg smart tv remote wont learn

My Wechip Airmouse turns my Nivida Shield Pro 2019 on and off. Also the volume buttons turn my tv up and down. It works awesome with the Shield. Thank you. It's the third one I've brought. I use one on my Firestick and one on my X96 Max Android box.

just got this working on my firestick! the only problem i have is that it doesnt seem to save the settings as it should...when i first press the ok button to select an app it simply goes random and selects anything but the app i want...so i pair it with the firestick remote to allow it to recognise the ok button and voila it works and selects, i used the airmouse button to save the setting...but if i press the air mouse button by mistake it clears what was previously saved and its back to random again...its useful for typing and searching just a shame it clears what was previously saved so easily...

Hi Juan, there is a usb dongle, you can plug in your projector for the 2.4G wireless function; If need to program the old remote function, need the old remote work then to pair.

Got a W2Pro it's learned the power button but I can't use the speach search button as it does nothing. And it can't be taught. I have a TCL 43-inch Android TV. I tried Button Mapper Pro but that wasn't working either. Also the KB works great! Unfortunately when the dongle is plugged in the virtual KB disappears so no way to select anything. Still better than the original remote as this one has a "find lost remote button" and it is backlit.

Hi Dominik,you mean enter the learning mode? First, Hold '"OK" + "Power Key" at the same time about 3 seconds, release after the indicator light from dimly bright to brighter,then it enter the learing mode.

My old one I can turn the volume up and down on the TV just it won't turn my Nivida Shield Pro 2019 on or off.

Only button that mapped was the home button. Menu and return do nothing. This remote is horrible. Sure the mouse and keyboard work, but no point if I still have to use 2 remotes to do anything. When I wrote company, they just sent a link for this video, offered NO support for issues and their solution is I should pay to ship back to them I guess. WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND OTHERS !!
