@jct4111 Yes it has one bedroom at ground floor and there are quite a few houses in dha with one bedroom only even if they dont have swimming pool so in that way they make more room for other spaces

I see. Do you think it would be possible to have a similar sized pool like this on ground floor and still have 2 bedrooms on ground floor with a corner 21 or 22 Marla plot?
