Blue Cloud Chocolate
Ingredients:
Blue Cocoa Butter
Silver Cocoa Butter
Molten White Chocolate
Blueberry Jam
Silver Dust (for garnishing)
Method:
Take the chocolate mold and coat the mold with Blue Cocoa Butter and freeze for 30 seconds (Repeat this procedure twice). (Decorate the chocolates following the steps as shown in the video)
Now, coat the mold with White Chocolate and freeze for 30 seconds. (Repeat this step twice)
Now, add Blueberry Jam to the center of the coated mold and then fill each mold with Molten White Chocolate.
Freeze the Chocolates for 1 minute in the freezer.
Unmold the Chocolates and add some Silver Dust on it.
The delicious Blue Cloud Chocolates are ready to serve!
