Designing and Building Rooftop Living Spaces (Detroit, MI)

This private rooftop living space was originally designed by an architectural team, but the install costs were over the owner’s budget. We helped to streamline the installation process, adjusting design and layouts, selected materials, completed the installation under a very tight deadline, and met the client’s budget expectations. Inhabitect has installed additional planters and vegetation onto this rooftop, which increases its green space and screening from neighbors, adds natural shading and overall made the space more dynamic. We also provide maintenance services on this project!
