Oh my God, I fucking love you. This is exactly what I've been racking my head trying to figure out for the last month, exactly with the brushless motor, simple foc, as5600, 3D printed design, deciding to not use roller pins any more, the fucking black colour scheme, etc. I love you man

You should not use fiber reinforced filaments for parts that rub against each other. And from my expierence, a cycloidal drive requires highly precise manufacturing methods, metal 3d printing just won't do. Normally you'll need high precision CNC to ensure the usability. We've used wire EDM + CNC lathe to manufacture a few of these, and only a fraction of them were good enough.
