For the Texas blue bonnet, look up flower essence for that wildflower. Flower essences should only be made with wildflowers. Yours popped up! Flower essences provide emotional and spiritual healing and support. Look Into it ❤

I've grown those all but motherwort & the 7 foot tall one you mentioned but I can't wait to learn about getting better rose hips. Mine are few😁. Thank you for sharing. I can tell you are kindred because I too love to be among my herbs!!! Saved this so I can write down rose names. I'm organic here due to my sensitivities and getting better each year with organic rose growing. Take care & thanks.

Your potager is going to be so pretty this summer. I can see medicinal products in your future. You should get with Jenn at Stivers Homestead. She is an affiliate of Hoss also. She makes the products your herbs come from. I’m with you on thinking super hot summer. Don’t know why. Just a feeling.

Love all your design ideas and inspiration! I came across your channel about 3 years ago, searching gardening videos for layout design ideas. Yours is my favorite out of all the channels out there. We live in zone 9 here in southwest Texas. My property tends to flood in the spring depending on how much rain we get so I've had to learn to add in raised beds. I've lost a lot of plants from root rot and got frustrated but never wanted to give up on gardening! I grew up learning from my grandparents market gardens. They had 3 acres and used a tractor to plow rows then plant rows of corn, okra, squash, tomatoes, beans, peas, catalogue, melons, cucumber and more. My grandma grew up in Alabama 💜, just north of Mobile and married my Grandpa who grew up in Round Top Texas. They moved to this area, raising 5 kids, chickens and pigs. I have such good memories of spending time with them during the summer. So I'm 42 years old now, have two teenage boys, married to my highschool sweetheart,. We have a few chickens and a dog and two cats. I love the beauty in gardening, the peace it brings, and yours is a dream! 💗 I'm adding medicinal herbs now and learning from you. I have calendula to plant from seedlings I grew, hyssop returned from last year. I seed started yarrow, echinacea and lavender, and just transplanted them in bigger pots earlier this week. You've taught me how to incorporate these beautiful herbs into my gardens. Thank you for all your knowledge you share on your farm and in your gardens! 💕 I hope your bluebonnets take off for you and your gardens do great this year. Wishing you and your family a blessed and Happy Easter! ❤

Love love love! Honeybee Hollow Garden made a huge trellis system using cedar tree logs...but I was thinking something like that would be an excellent shade type source for your garden and would be so natural and beautiful. Here in North Texas I bought a black shade cloth that I put up over about a 12' x 12' section of my garden. It helps so much!

This was such an informative video. We live in zone 5 so we can't plant until after mothers day. I did learn along time ago in a gardening video, when you see a field of dandelions in bloom, that means the ground is warm enough to plant potatoes. Just thought I would share that with you.❤❤❤

Hello Tracy...you showed up in my KZbin recommendations awhile ago now. I think because I'm very interested in getting some land and possibly having some kind of a tiny house or cottage on it (your first video I saw was about the Shed/Cottage build you were doing for your in-laws). We are looking at retirement in another 2 years, we currently live in California and will probably be having to move out of state to be able to survive financially after retiring. I have been working on building up my herb garden here, and have been learning to make my own self-care products such as; Calendula Cream Hand Lotion and a Wild Rose & Yarrow Infused Facial & Body soap. I am planting yarrow & calendula everywhere; some borage, lavender, sage, chamomile, and various mints (Pineapple, Chocolate, and Jessica Pear). We are also planting various veggies to get us through the summer & fall months. I have two immune disorders, and that prompted the researching of helpful herbs to combat my various skin conditions, as well as learning more natural ways to deal with the pain I often face with these disorders. I so hope to meet you next time we travel our country, which will probably be summer 2024. Our eldest son recently moved to the Savannah, Georgia area. So, maybe we will pass your area on our way to visit him. Thank you for your wonderful channel, your spiritual encouragement, your herb & homesteading knowledge, and your sweet and gentle ways. Have a blessed Easter and restful weekend. God Bless You ~

Tracy you give a lot of information that I would love to snapshot in the captions area and for some reason today that did not allow me to do so. I can purchase the plants that you recommend and I would love to be able to do that I'm not sure why today it was not allowing me to but if there's any way that you can fix this on your end I would love for you to do so. You give a lot of information it is very important I would I need access to your valuable information to be able to knowthe names of your plants. Could you check that please? I watch every post that you make as far as your blogs and I always get very important information that I need to purchase from your valuable information thank you for checking into this, ahead of time also. For the information that you share with myself and others is to have a healthy prosperous Garden. We also get a world of knowledge and ideas, where and how to place the plants in our garden which we have grown from seed. The medicinal seeds that we purchased from Hoss of your seed collection I'm having excellent germination rate which is excellent I'm enjoying watching where you're placing things and I'm getting great information of where to place my own from watching where you place yours and I'm so thankful for that. Thank you for sharing your wisdom🙌
