Sarah Richardson, Design Inc.

I always have to try to look away really fast in the beginning of these shows, so I don't see the see the spoiler alert, lol. 🤣

I get that people don’t like it, but… it’s about the process on how they get from start to finish that makes it worth watching. Plus, that’s just how it’s edited. There’s nothing that Abode can do about it. They upload episodes as they are.

LOVE how they all 'pitched in' to make the room...from fabrics, rug, furniture...(uh, poor Natalie @ the end though... she sure was tenacious regardless!). The room is versatile enough that Amalie can easily change the accent color (even going as strong as a red or teal), with just some paint... but HOW NICE to see it made into a REAL bedroom. I love Design Inc and thank you awesome ABODE!

Love it. When I was 14, I took Homemaking and for my project I redid my bedroom in black and white. Loved it. Got an A+.

The design is mad gorgeous. Black & white and lavender -- yes! The chair reupholstery, black lamps, cowskin rug (hoping it's vegan leather), and artwork are perfection. The desk positioning -- weird. The shade of ivory for the curtains -- too dark, doesn't go with the lavender. The brown wood dresser and chair -- no thanks. But we'll overlook that and just say -- it's mad gorgeous.

Most transformative piece is the window dressing. Makes a huge difference in the overall feel of the space. The black and white is a bit masculine and severe for me, but I recognize that it looks lovely.

First time ever I can actually say I don’t care for Sarah’s design. Can’t believe this one is a disappointment. However, I still believe Sarah is the best their is. Sarah is human so once in a blue moon she doesn’t hit it out of the park. Love her and her team.

I’ve never seen this so I was delighted to be able to watch it! I think Sarah forgot that she didn’t want stripes - but something graphic. Other than that slip up, it turned out beautiful.

I’m confused with the placement of the bed. I don’t understand why the empty wall with, just the little wooden chair, wasn’t used for the placement of the bed instead of the tiny wall right next to the entrance of the room. I know that the correct wall, for the bed would have been the one with all the windows, but because of the windows, they had to choose one of the solid walls.

I know that people like to complain about the before and after being shown early. But, that’s the how the show was produced and edited. So, Abode can’t do anything about it. Edit: what was with that random ad break? THAT wasn’t in the episode. 😂

Tommy, Tommy, Tommy. Love how you’re totally oblivious to two women, very with child, pushing and pulling a heavy bed frame and mattress across the floor. Remember when Sarah slipped into the ditch and you walked right over her, not even stopping to help her or ask if she was ok? There was another time something happened to Sarah and you totally ignored her then too. Tommy, Tommy, Tommy.

I normally love every Sarah design but I didn’t like the lavender (it just seemed out of place with everything else) or the headboard (I wish they had of uses the original fabric they pulled out in the beginning) and the bed seems so low -and other than that I wish where that line chair is against the wall they would have put a bench and they could have put the chair on the other side of the desk or something but it sitting against the wall by itself seems a little out of place

I don’t think she really likes it. The room seemed disconnected in design. Not a fan of this room design. Somewhat disappointed. Usually love her designs but this doesn’t speak to me.
