Nice! I had no idea it would be so extensive. I built my house in PebbleCreek Arizona, and their design center was a fraction of the size. I like that The Villages shows the outdoor possibilities along with the Lanai ideas. And that huge shower is to die for!

I'm surprised you were allowed to video the design center. I tried to check it out shortly after it was opened but I was told I couldn't enter because I wasn't building a new home, even though I live in The Villages. I wanted to get some ideas for upgrades for my designer home.

Great video, did you build or buy pre-owned? Looks like lots of options to chose from. Love the pool with spa and outdoor modern kitchen and that laundry room! Where would the laundry room be located in the new building homes?

I have a shower like that. It’s a novelty and I don’t really think it’s wow anymore. It’s nice but not worth the 20k it cost

I've noticed on the new houses they have the soap tray above the corner where you sit. Doesn't make sense to me no way to sit there you hit your head on the soap tray. Obviously and epic fail for The Villages Design Team. One reason we stay away from the new build ones. Also they are laying floors with tile and bathroom tile non staggered and looks like an oops. Very unattractive to me. Thanks for the video!
