Had one of these knitters as a child in Ireland in the late ‘60’s early ‘70’s. It was wooden and was painted Matryoshka doll style and called “Knitting Nancy” I could use it eyes closed I loved it and used it that much! Not for making jewellery,though I wished back then it could have been used for that!
