Probably the coolest start to finish custom water loop build on KZbin. Not because of all the top tier expensive components, but because of the very unique loop itself, that custom passthru Is do dope!! I'd bet the bugger took forever to fill between all the tubing and that little 120 distro plate. Well done 👍

I always wonder why guys with watercooling are filling the loop in steps. I filled mine (I have a big reservoir so it was never empty during the process) while it was running. Maybe it's not good, I don't know but at least I have it done in a minute or two.
@bruh42863 жыл бұрын
@@petrzabensky1451 i think you filled it the right way because i have seen all the PCs filled like that. I am kinda curious does water cooling make a big difference in the temps?
@petrzabensky14513 жыл бұрын
@@bruh4286 not big, Extreme difference :) in my opinion. I like overclocking and the difference and posibilities are awesome. I have 6600K (clocked on 4.5-4.6 GHz) and GTX 1080 with stock block from Zotac (clocked on 2100MHz) and the temps in benchmarks doesnt go over 70C on CPU and 60C on GPU. As to some commenters' claims as to water cooling being necessary, I have been using a gelid GPU cooler with Noctua 1700 rpm fans pointed at my AMD 6600XT and two, front Noctua 140 fans with similar RPMs, with my builds. I just use cheap Gammax 400 v2 or Cooler master coolers. However, my CPUs, including the 11600k and 10700k, in my MSI boards not only never throttle but maintain maximum temperatures in the 50s or 60s during tests. Water cooling is not necessary, and just putting more fans avoids water leaks.

I just got rid of the Helios case - it was very nice to look at, but not much fun to build in (surprisingly little cable management) and it shorted out my motherboard - after disassembling completely I found a short between the front IO board and a case screw - lost my Asus board and the case went to the dump. Never keep a case in a box past the return period thinking it was expensive so it will be good.
