All just the default, I don't add parameter.or change anything under settings. These were made with v5.2 (default)

This series is great! Sorry for the off-topic question but do you have a process to take a grayscale image and convert that to 'X' amount of layers? I'll be laser engraving for 3D effect. I can't find anything substantive out there.

Not so much with Midjourney, but using controller in stable diffusion or Leonardo AI could be helpful.

@@WadeMcMaster Sorry for the off-topic question. I was wanting to adjust images in Photoshop. I am using a gradient (using posterize to break the gradient into 4 shades of gray) and then applying a mask of that color to make a separate layer with those colors only. That way I can laser that shade only. is there a better way? It works ok.

There may be, but I haven't really looked into it and problem solved yet. A way to really flatten colours would be incredibly useful. I'll keep in mind and see if I can come up with a process
