Sorry to hear this Anja, first time I hear about this problem. Did you located the square in the middle of the screen? If so, then you'll need to extend the image you are using in the design so if goes off the guides a little bit to make sure it looks good on your feed. Hope this helps 🙏🏽

What are the show guides adjustment and show rulers it is not showing in smart phone, can you please make a tutorial on how to do the same in smartphone, it will be great help for people who don't have laptop

Rulers and Guides are available on mobile as well. In a design, tap on the 3 little dots in the top menu > View settings > Add guides 😲

I'm not sure about the exact dimensions, simply add a square shape > increase its size until it reaches the laterals > position it in the middle and center. That should be the safe area ;) Hope it helps!

Sorry about that!! Create a square shape and bringing it to the center of the page, increase its size until it touches the edges of the page. Then create the horizontal guides, make them touch the edges of the square. Hope this helps!
