Yes, you can Rynsey! You'll need to separate the ball with the help of the Background remover (make sure you use the erase/restore brush to do so). Then, go to Edit image > Shadows > Glow

Hi Ashley, this is actually the first time I hear about this issue. I'd suggest to disconnect and re-connect your accounts to Canva? Also make sure that your accounts are set to allow other platforms like canva to post on your behalf.
