Canva Pro offers the Video BG Remover (you can remove the BG of videos of up to 90 sec). If you want to put your talking head in a bubble, you can do so by uploading your Talking Head video and then place it in a frame, or by using the Present and Record functionality. You could use it on Tiktok and use the green background effect. Another option if you have Canva Pro is to use the video background remover

There is a Draw app under the “More” button in the left menu of the Editor. You can try that. Otherwise, if you use Procreate to design graphics, you can import them into Canva.
