I did this last night for a party and wanted to give you all some extra pointers. Let's be real, few of us have her skills so if you're an amateur like me it's easy to get frustrated when it doesn't look as good as her's. So here they are... 1. That scar wax is no joke, very difficult to work with. It sticks to your fingers more than your face. She suggests lotion but I used baby oil, big mistake as it made the wax oily and worse to work with. Just be patient, layering on the latex helps adhere it. 2. Don't try to use a fan brush with non-liquid makeup. It doesn't come out right for the texturing. 3. The most difficult part I found was the twine stitches. They would not bend for me and stay on at the same time. I just flattened them and it still looked good. 4. That eyelash glue needs time to set before you put the blood gel on. I sat in front of a fan which helped speed it up. 5. Lastly, use the smallest angled brush you can for the black lines. I used one that was a little too big at first and it didn't look right. Overall I loved this makeup and it stayed on all night long. It took me about 2 hours to put on and I have pretty much no skill.
