This actually works guys no kidding! I am like really tall and I’ve gained 10-11 kgs just within 1-2 months. I just do this meditation every night before sleeping and see my body turning into my desired body real quick. Now when I look at my beautiful body, I feel so confident and happy. OH MY GOODNESS THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I LITERALLY MANIFESTED THIS MEDITATION. Almost every night I scroll through KZbin trying to find an ideal body meditation, but all I can find is weight loss meditations which is kinda the opposite of my problem. I’m perfectly thin and I love my slim figure, but I would like to gain more weight in certain areas of my body so weight loss meditations are not going to help me. Thank you thank you thank you for making a meditation that encompasses every ideal body.

Alice, I have never gotten such profound feelings and imagery as I have from this one. I can not only "see" the me I desire, but I feel as if I am in that person !!! I believe you to be the absolute best in this field. By far the best. I love this session and have a request. In order to prevent the 3D world from interfering with my inner manifestation, I avoid mirrors that present the 3D me. But your mirror is a game changer. I am beginning to become the ideal "me" I see in this mirror. I am amazed at the intense feelings I have that have lightened my load and brought such positivity and peace into my being.

Hi your meditations have been the only effective ones ive found. Something about your music voice and timing has helped me have some almost out of body experiences. Its amazing. I know this might be out of your usual meditation, but i was wondering if you could do one to talk to a deceased family member. My little brother committed suicide in September 2021 and he communicated with me a couple times in the beginning right after he passed, but my grief got so intense that im afraid ive been blocking the ability to hear from him. Your videos have been so healing for my relationship with my boyfriend since this all happened so i just thought that i would ask. Thank you for what you do, it feels like magic while meditating and even more so when me and my boyfriend have such close moments the same day or morning after when i listen to these.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Our good family friend also committed suicide in July 2021. Look up Rasa Lukosuite on YT - she has a "communicate with loved one" meditation that I've used for years. Aside from this channel, Rasa's is one of the most potent and effective ones that I've listened to daily since 2017. I hope Alice continues to add meditations - hers are extremely relaxing! This works LIKE CRAZYYYY! I lost 10in of my waist and shoulders, gained 12in in my glutes. My whole body is toned and defined, my abs showed up, my back looks sexy and defined as well. I have clear skin throughout my whole body, my hair is dark, voluminous and very very long. my teeth are white and straight, my smile lights up the whole world chile and don’t get me started about my eyebrows, they are full, dark, perfectly shaped for my face, as my lashes, who are so big people think I use extensions.
