Rande Howell turned everything around for me. Went from reckless "gotta win" guy to a patient consistent profit guy thanks to him. I was able to quit my job and have been doing this for 3 years now, account has steadily grown every year on top of paying all my bills. I take losses all the time, no big deal now because they are small, not giant blowups. I still watch his vids all the time to stay in the correct mindset. Highly recommended. Thanks Rande!

This is exactly what I have been working on, and yet so few people have talked about it correctly. I am started my second group course with Rande and his wonderful wife Delores this coming January. I took his course starting in March and it was awesome. Real game changer not in just trading but in life. Mindfulness is key and you realize how easy you drift into mindlessness where low frequency disctractions are waiting for you. I pretty much pinpointed my issue which is my desire to be liked and be right, in which the market can give two shits about. I now meditate multiple times a day to stay in my observer and constantly check my heart rate. I know how to attack the day and the charts from empowered mindset.. and oh yea i recommend journaling daily. Because thats where your data on your mindset really is. He was right this shit is gonna take some time this is the REAL work that you know you been avoiding for a long time.

I though every time problem is fixed. my understanding and conclusion is this. It should help any trader. 1) Trading is simple and those who understood positive trader equation are successful. 1+4-3=2 we should aim always at positive number over 100 + trades 2) is similar to snakes and ladders we must not have big snakes in our trading system 3) our brain works on autopilot mode once you are in trade autopilot takes over. we must look at programs related to snakes in step 2. if any one have any doubt on the I will be happy to explain in detail

Fear is very tough to master. As a pretty old guy starting out with this stuff, I can tell you that I did not really know myself at all. Fear was driving all my investment decisions. I would even go against my own tech analysis edge Just saying my knowledge is OK, and TA is pretty good, but would take the fear trade instead. Weird. I have not mastered my fear, but ask myself, before making a trade, 'what fear is driving this decision?'. Has kept me out of trouble.
