I think I have seen too many of your videos. I feel tired of Rande Howell. The "J shape" or what he called it, that guy from the prop firm, resonated with me. The question is. How do you calculate risk of ruin? I suspect he means risking anything above 2 % per trade. I would not risk more currently, but I have heard of others who risk more.

Read his book, "The Universal Principles of Successful Trading" it covers ROR pretty comprehensively

I would love to get behind this, but to pay such a large amount for a course , it almost seems obvious to see some sort of trading record/successful trading history. Where can we locate your trading stats? Once your successful trading history is confirmed, count me in!

Jeff, that isn’t a winning mentality. Seems like you are lacking confidence in yourself or having $ problems. You being on the fence means you at least think the info will be somewhat legit. Considering the course means you likely need it. I’m not saying take it or not ...but you display a tough mind frame to trade successfully with. Understand at the end of the day you will be 100% responsible for your results. Where a another trader is on their journey has absolutely no reflection on how well you will learn and how hard you will work to reach your goals. Of course you could be hindered With someone purposely misguiding you but that is way out of the question in this situation.

Can you really make it as a retail trader tho?can you really beat the traps that brokers have set beautifully and 98%percent falls daily in those traps losing money? Is it not true that brokers file and know who is starting t make money consistently setting more barriers to bring the loss easier in the table? Lagging accounts, false timing, delayed executions, are all these tools not taking part if somebody can make a living? I mean which broker wants you t make money and be happy whence it's a sum zero game. And even if you reach the picks of ur mentality and trading experience etc can you really face AI and new algos that trade against you?! Is it really a hope for a retail trader out there with everything against him/her? Ur thoughts please.. Peace!

A broker will definitely not do those things in order for you to fail, and you said it yourself if 98% don’t succeed then that means there’s a 2% consistently making money
@SSEnrich3 жыл бұрын
I have seen through more than a 1000 trades backtested that it is possible to make money. I just need to do the same when I start trading live. As for brokers wanting you to fail I have heard many times people talking about brokers making money on spread and comissions. It does not sound impossible to believe. When I read on forums I can see there are enough people that are successful.

Smoking weed really helps

Going back to high school and tracking up to being an adult, my personal sense of men who smoke weed regularly is that they are extremely unimpressive and I feel more compelled to avoid them than be around them.
