Namaz aur Quran apko kiya sikhata hai? Yehi zindagi ko ap nay perceive kesy karna hay. With a positive mindset in life, you can come out of all the troubles in your life. There is absolutely nothing wrong in seeking out medical services out there. But Allah has already blessed us with Namaz so that we can cleanse ourselves from worldly affairs and get connected to the creator of the heavens and skies and surrender to His will. That gives you peace which can never be replaced by anything this world has to offer in name of therapy and stuff! May Allah grant us a deeper understanding of His Deen. Ameen sum ameen.

Zara sis mujgy tau ap bahot achi lagi 1st time dekhty hi..ahd e wafa mein dekha tha..maen aub apko shoq say dekhti..aur jo depression ap ny face kiya maen ny woh 7,8 sal face kiya ghar disturb ,life disturb and mera beta b disturb..
