Darlene thank you so much for sharing your videos I had not heard of the singing cookes until I came across your videos I have began saving to my favorite videos they really have inspired me I love all these old classics that still have just as much power in them today as they did 50 or more yrs ago it's a true blessing beyond what words can't begin to explain. I'm 32 yrs old the 7th child the only one to live out of 8 kids. My child hood wasn't good I know every kind of abuse known to man kind and at age 28 my health declined fast I fought death t to live and I'm 32 now. The drs have me only three to five yrs to live I've now lived four or if the five yrs they gave to me. My health isn't going to get any better I'm steadily going to decline but you know I'm not scared I'm not afraid to tell my life story I'm not ashame of what I've been through bc I had no choice in decision making only bc I was a child and it taught me to be what I am today. My dad walked off and kicked me out at age fifteen however when he walked out my Jesus walked in and I know if he were to come and take me I know I'm going to a much better place than what this world can offer. So many times and tears I've shed that only God knows the pain and scars the hurt that has been done but thank God for his tender loving mercy bc I'm nothing without him and certainly gained everything with him. These songs sweetie has meanings behind them that have touched me far beyond what I could have ever imagine. They don't make music today like they did back then. My idol was always Vestal Goodman she was my true inspiration I loved it when she sang bc she would just let God's sweet spirit just flow through her and seeing the Perry's and different other groups singing the same songs they sing with just as much authority and sincerity behind it makes you just want to get up and praise him! God is my Heavenly Father that I thank for bringing your videos to me. For I can hardly see to write this for the tears that keep flowing thank you your brother in Christ Jason.

JASON, Your story here is very touching. I know some of what you have been thru. Thank GOD you have the LORD on your side. He will never leave you every step you take he is right beside you. I have made 350 videos including poems that I have written. Please stop by my channel and check some of them out. I am sure they will bless you. I am glad that you found ths music and is saving it. I have a lot of videos on my channel by DAVE GOURLEY. He is a wonderful piano player. He has been battling cancer for 10 1/2 years now. I was in concert with him and his wife the 6TH of DEC, He said when they told him that the DR. said there was no hope for him he could live a few months or several. Here it is all of thse years later. He has tumors in his diafram and two in his liver. He takes a shot every TUES. GOD is not done with him yet. Please keep him in prayer.
