What are the torque specs for the set screws and the bearing nut?

For the M8 Screws used for the Covers on the HD101 Pump, the torque value is 24 Nm. For the Bearing Nut there is no recommended torque. You just have to ensure that the Ball Bearing inner ring is touching the shoulder of the Shaft and that the Bearing Nut is tightened up against the Locking Ring. Then lock the Bearing Nut with the locking Ring.

Sorry, but we do not have measurements for that. In practice it is impossible to measure. It takes a lot of wear, before it has any impact on the pump’s performance. But, if wear is seen, it might be considered to change.
