I see it more as arrogance. The Templars probably think with how few in numbers the assassins are now and cameras being literally everywhere, no assassin would be dumb enough to sneak into a templar building alone. But they also forget that's exactly what assassins having been doing for hundreds of years.

It's actually really easy to make an assassin's Creed game set in the 21st century. Just take watch dogs and replace Aiden's tactical baton with a hidden blade.
@ReneGade_19112 жыл бұрын
Watch dogs and Assassin's Creed actually take place in the same universe. The events in both games are connected. For example, Abstergo CEO Olivier Garneu in AC4 goes missing towards the end and he was actually incapacipated by Aiden Pierce as a side mission in Watch Dogs, then probably taken to custody by the assassins to perhaps negotiate or something. Highly likely that the assassins set Pierce up for this mission.
@ReneGade_19112 жыл бұрын
What I would really dig is a grand Avengers style crossover of these connected games - watch dogs, present day assassin's creed, Far Cry, Splinter cell and so on.... Ubisoft, please make this happen instead of milking and abominating Assassin's Creed any further.

Ubisoft should somehow bring Desmond back. I liked him as a character. Still do. Couldnt feel the same connection with Layla, sadly. I miss the old gang: Desmond, Lucy, Rebecca and Shaun Ubisoft has enough ways to bring him back, since the story in the last games either lacked the assassins side of the story or the historical side of the story, at least for me. What I mean with assassins side of the story is everything which has to do with Isu, Animus, Abstergo,... And the historical side of the story would be, for example in Valhalla the Stuff Eivor did: reuniting the different clans Edit: We need more buildings/bigger cities. In Assassins Creed I want to climb Buildings and Stuff. Not run from A to B on an empty field

Iirc it just cuts off and restarts at the last checkpoint. No desync or anything. Desmond's gameplay was just cutscenes in their enclave and drone cam footage in his missions. So in missions when he dies it shows the video cam losing signal then turned off, resuming at the checkpoint I mentioned.

Also you'll see someone putting towels in Desmond's drawyer every night and in the end you also get an item from there I don't remember what it was but felt pretty significant.
