I don't understand why some people dosen't like the vocal. He's vocal more different then the other band and he's spot on for the Desolated music. Vocal is just pure, original and make me feel kick some one in the face. He's so passion from his heart and he's so focused for his work. When I was a kid I listened to Hatebreed and Full Blown Chaos and Born from Pain and I thought to myself "If hardcore is this aggressive right now, in the future it will sound like grenades exploding in my face." But no, modern hardcore has absolutely zero speed, no real anger coming from the streets, the heavy parts are contained as fuck (very technical, no raw energy), basically you can tell this is a performance, it's not genuinely heartfelt. Maybe it's because I'm older but I remember hardcore vocalists being guys no one would want to mess with. This guy just sounds like he's having a temper-tantrum. Reminds me of 11 year old boys who try to mimic a man's voice to sound tough but it just highlights how young and harmless and inoffensive they really are. Dangerous hardcore bands don't act like they're dangerous: Sick of it All, for instance, has the most positive and uplifting songs out there and you don't mess with their crew.
