The Nsefu lion pride is expecting cubs - three of the lionesses are pregnant. One by one, the lionesses make hidden dens where they will give birth. The youngest lioness, a first-time mum, makes a few mistakes and faces tragedy and loss.

I hv not forgotten my cat weeping fr her baby who had died under a neighbour's car,but we didn't find it's dead body.She was calling her cute baby fr months.She was searching fr her baby.Such incedents happened with my other cats also,who were strays and came to us fr food and stayed in our premises.

What a horrible reality that the lioness had to succumb to. Her grace and resilience are unimaginable. Even what her tykadoos had to go through is unbearable. Most cubs die. It’s the cruel side of nature. If they didn’t then it would be like the lion king where the hyenas had eaten every other animal in the land. Same effect will occur if the lion numbers were not culled by nature. They’d run out of resources with nothing to reduce their number.
