Maricopa county in Arizona has already outright declared that they will need at least 3 days after the election on November 5th to finish counting ballots, if not longer. And, several other States have already declared that they may need up to a week to finish counting all of their ballots. Also, DJT still has to report to the courtroom for sentencing on November 18th. Did you not see the video where Harris said that the courts/judge will take care of DJT to get him out of their way when he reports for sentencing on the 18th? I highly doubt that the election results will be finalized until way after the 5th. Also, according to the constitution, it is the vice president that has to certify the election results. No disrespect or offence intended, but, do you really think that Harris will certify it if DJT is declared the winner? I beg to differ. And, senator Jamie Raskin and possibly other senators, already plan to declare that DJT is an insurrectuonist, and therefore is not legally allowed to become president.
