We’ve spent a fortune on coats over the years and even the most waterproof jackets let water in eventually. Key to staying warm is layers. Get some Marino wool under garments. Puffa jacket when not raining and a waterproof over the top when needed. Marino wool socks too then even warm when your feet are wet. Good luck.
