I originally saw SF Ballet perform this at Sadlers Wells. I was so overwhelmed by the beauty of it that I had to go back and see it again! Then, during lockdown, SF Ballet thankfully made the whole ballet available online for a week. I watched it twice again! It remains, for me, one of the most beautiful and successful mergers of contemporary music and dance that there has ever been. I so wish that the full ballet was available online to enjoy whenever I sink into a dark mood. This pas de deux is simply wonderful. Thank you.
