I don't think it's possible for Scarlett overkill and the vicious 6 or Maxime le mal to be a boss. There's no good location for them to be as a boss. Balthazar bratt has a chance. If he was added in the game he can use his bubblegum to try to trap you and you must dodge them. And the only way to make him get damage is from the bratt pack
