While there is power in baptism and prayer. Jesus didn't say "be baptized and say a simple prayer, and you shall not perish but have eternal life." The only requirement for salvation is one word... Belief. We can go into the whole faith without works is dead argument and I'll show you my faith in my works. But please don't add fine print to salvation that isn't there. We are saved by faith alone in Jesus.
