Despite a surge in funding, Baltimore City student test scores remain among the lowest in the nation, according to results released by the federal government. And these scores have renewed calls for City Schools’ CEO to be replaced.

Our local taxes, water, and energy have been raised, and we spend more on students than any other county in the MD. MONTGOMERY AND HOWARD spend less than Baltimore City and they are in the top 15 counties in the nation with a high school system Anne Arundel is going up in the rankings every year. Why do we pay the CEO half of a million for the bare minimal !!!!!

Embezzlement, I remember three years ago one of the accountants for the school system was having lavishing trips and a breasts and butt augment with city money plus the coach/police guard who had OT for over 100k for the last few years. Ths were the cases they caught.
