I think the Kill His Nibs mission for SE5 is actually better than it gets credit for! By essentially dividing the map in half, they've allowed the game to be played in two main ways. Either fight your way through the long way around, do secondary objectives, go through the tunnel, and then (probably) keep fighting your way up to where His Nibs is by now bunkered in... or spawn at one of the other points much closer to the mansion, so you can choose where and when to intercept him as he follows his earlier routine. I think the only real failure here was Rebellion's typically-poor communication! Plus, we had to play through the mission the first time in order to unlock the other starting locations... and this meant that a typical complaint was: "By the time I've arrived through the tunnel, Ado is already hiding in his mansion - so how do I get all these sneaky fancy kills?" All Rebellion had to do was: give the player the option of starting from ANY of the spawn points. No unlocking required for this level. And then they could have actually COMMUNICATED lol and told the player that they had the choice of these two different approaches...

I would have liked if there was perhaps a 'hidden' path through the hills between the two sides of the map to make the tunnel less of a potential choke point, and maybe allow Karl to get across before Ass Hat moves up to the mansion. I agree it would have been a good idea to allow all starting points without unlocking, it would make invasions a bit harder for anyone who invades at the very start of the level as Karl might not be where he starts most of the time when you invade this mission.

@@duckwit85 Yeah, the choke point at the tunnel seems excessively tricky, and that road can be so busy that all it takes is for one encounter to kick off, and then stealth is out the window! Re: invasions, don't invaders usually spawn after objectives are completed? Tbh, as I don't play with Invasion on, I dunno how it works on this level..? Can you be invaded at all if you spawn beyond the tunnel?

@@Nifter71 It depends on the map, most only allow invasions after a completed objective. Wolf Mountain, however, allows for invasions from the very beginning (as in a few seconds after starting the mission)! The only sensible action with invasions on is to place a trap on one of the starting paths while you break out of the other, so at least you get a warning if the invader is sneaking up behind you.

Hey Duckwit every time I play the fuhrer is in the panic room how do I get him to go to the other places so I can take him out at the tea room, with the truck, with the railing etc? Thanks

You need to take enemies down quietly as to not alert the enemies around him, he heads in to the panic room if he is aware of danger. The easiest way is to start from the location nearest the tea rooms,and go down the path that leads to the truck. You only need to take down a couple of soldiers quietly. You can then sneak across and sabotage the railing or wait to release the brakes on the truck. Doing the assassinations in the Berghof is harder without being detected, but still very possible. You just have to be as sneaky as possible, so use bottles and whistle to distract and lure enemies for silent takedowns where possible.
