Good grief feels warm as it aches. It hurts, but it hurts in a good way if that makes sense. There is a type of art in Japan. A piece of pottery that breaks is put back together not by hiding the cracks but by accentuating them and making it into something more beautiful than it was before. It's called Kintsugi and it's really beautiful, I suggest you look it up. I feel like that's what good grief is, but that's just my opinion.
