Amazing haul Jenny!! I absolutely love Dessas Wax! I toned down my list a lot and now I am regretting it 😂 her wax has always been wicked strong for me so I am hoping this new formula will be the same. Apple Crumble is one of my favorite apple scents ever! Such a beautiful baked apple bakery ❤ 2 of my favorites from my order are Winter Witch and Fireflies! Absolutely beautiful scents and wish I got them in a bigger size lol. Thank you for sharing!!

Hi Tara! Thank you! I just finished watching your haul too! I have loved Dessa’s wax for so long, she’s absolutely a favorite vendor for me too! I’ve had some lighter scents in the past couple years, but also some really strong ones. I’m hoping her new formula is even better! And I’m excited to try apple crumble again. Great haul Jenny! I’m going to have to recreate your custom at some point because it sounds amazing! I also normally use the entire break away bar in my OC. I feel like every vendor has some scents that are lighter. Also raspberry jam and I are on a break and I’m almost certain I got a custom mini loaf with it 😫

Thanks, Courtney! Definitely try the custom blend when you get a chance! Erika had a similar blend in her most recent preorder. I grabbed some to see how it compares. I rather use more wax and get the performance I want than skimp on the wax and not smell it. We all know I have plenty of wax. 🤣

Snowflakes and sleigh rides sounds so beautiful. I have never tried Dessa’s except from a friend mail, so her wax is normally sticky? The one scent I tried was very sticky. Winter snow globe sounds amazing. 🤩 Jenny this was an epic order. 😮

@@thefragrancefairy Hi Aubrey! This is a new formula so I’m just getting used to it. It seemed to stick to the bags a little more than her old formula, but it wasn’t too sticky when I took the wax out to melt some. And it didn’t stick to my wax cutter. It seems a bit smoother than her old formula.

Hi Jenny! I always enjoy watching your videos. I’ve had a hard time with Dessa’s so I haven’t purchased anymore since my last haul, a year ago. I’m curious how her new formula will work. I may try to warm her wax in a candle crock.

Hi Martha! I’m hoping her new formula works better for people too! I get really good performance from about 60-70% of what I melted from her old formula. I’m hoping it’s more consistent now. But I’m really trying to melt through my older stuff first.

So with your candle crock do you just put the wax directly into the crock?

Hi @dcordero5950, I would clean out an empty candle jar from like --(GC, BBW etc) then place that jar directly into the crock before adding wax. Do you have a crock? If not, get one... it is a game changer especially for low throwing wax.
