Ingredients:
Instant coffee 4 tbsp.
Milk 20 ml
condensed milk 3 tbsp.
Whipped cream 400 ml
Vanilla sugar 10 g
Instant coffee 2 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Hot water 2 tbsp.

Die Eistorte ist bestimmt sehr lecker, aber der Belag oben ist gallebitter. Den habe ich nämlich schon mal durch den neuen Instantkaffeecreme-Hype nachgemacht. Würde da lieber Sahne nehmen mit einer Spur Instant und etwas Puderzucker. Im übrigen zerfällt das Instant-Kaffee-Wasser-Gemisch sehr schnell und dann kann man oben auf der Torte Pitsche-Patsche-Peter spielen. 😂. Ist nur ein Tipp von einer alten Hausfrau. 🙏♥️
