Plus it's implied even the player character doesn't really like him what with the text during the first week of arrivals basically him forcing a high five on us.

Knowing what was to come, this is absolutely my favorite season, regardless of the absence of weapons or light 3.0. Knowing savathun was essentially trying to, in a way, help us protect the light and traveler sends chills up my spine every time i look back on this season. The pyramids waiting in patience and the feeling of an actual war going on all across the solar system, such an awesome and great feeling for a season.
